Theeffectstohousingprice has beenanalyzedbyusinglogarithmicregressionwithdatasthat has beenacquiredfromthesurveys. Accordingtotheseanalysis, whileit’sbeenfound a significiantrelationbetweentheprice of houseandthefloor of house, elevator, number of roomandbathroom, heatingsystemwithradiator, distancetotheeducationalandhealthcareorganizationsandcitycentre; on theotherhand a relation has not beendeterminedbetweentheage of house, location of thehouse (avenueandstreet) anddistancetothepublic transport vehicles.
