The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of anger control interventions developed based on cognitivebehavioural approach on adolescents’ anger levels. To this end, meta-analysis method is used in the research. To conduct the metaanalysis, research criteria (research employing experimental design, being conducted on adolescents, and being developed based on cognitive-behavioural approach) were determined and a total of 12 studies were selected for analysis. Research results concluded that anger control interventions developed based on cognitive-behavioural approach were effective in adolescents at a level of -,894 large for anger-out, -,331 small for anger-in which refers to suppressing aggression, 1,127 very large for controlling anger, and -1,519 perfect for trait of anger. The results demonstrated that anger control interventions developed based on cognitive-behavioural approach contributed to decrease adolescents’ anger levels.
