EVALUATION IN TERMS OF PHILOSOPHERS OF THE LIMIT OF SOVEREIGNTY POWER

Since sovereignty is an important concept in terms of state order, it has taken place at the axis of intense discussion at any time. In this regard, it has been suggested a variety of ideas. As those put forward the sovereign power that should be in line with an absolute general and unlimited understanding, as those put forward this power that should be in line with a limited understanding as well. In this study, ideas of philosophers advocating the opinions of unlimited sovereignty are examined and these ideas are dealt with comperatively.
