Gaziantep, as the first Turkish city in the Creative Cities Network, has succeeded in one of the world's gastronomy cities in the field of Gastronomy. The admission process of Gaziantep to the Creative Cities Network has been examined and Gaziantep gastronomy has been evaluated with guidance criteria. He met with EU and Projects Expert Sylvie Fontana Y?lmaz, a member of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Department of Foreign Relations, face to face. Be informed about Gaziantep Gastronomy Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Kitchen Affairs Department and Culinary Arts Training Center staff were interviewed face to face. When the guide criteria related to Gaziantep gastronomy are examined, it is noteworthy that promotion is given importance. All kinds of events are organized in order to introduce Gaziantep cuisine culture, participation in national and international events is provided and workshops, panels or symposiums are organized in order to develop related projects.
