Pregnancy and postpartum period which are women experience the most psychological and physiological changes occur and a risky period for mother and baby due to sudden changes. With the changes in postpartum period, the risk of psychological disorders increases. Current risk factors (lack of social support, past experiences of depression, traumatic events, stress, anxiety) can trigger any psychological disorder that may occur after birth. Postpartum sadness, depression and psychosis of the mother may have negative consequences for the mother and the baby, and even the mother may harm her child. Moreover, the postpartum sadness, depression and psychosis experienced by the mother may have negative consequences for the mother and the baby, which could be the mother's harm to the baby. After such deterioration, it should be carried out depending on the postnatal changes in which the mother evaluating the behaviors that may constitute a crime against the baby. Thus, considering the presence of the mother in the postnatal period, it can be decided whether the act committed against the baby is flawed or not. Therefore, it is important to control the physiological and psychological changes experienced by the mother within a certain framework and after birth.
