Cultural values, habits, religious beliefs and life styles are the most important criteria that guide the desires and needs of individuals in the use of touristic products and services. This situation affects the purchasing process and behavior of individuals who demand products and services in tourism sector. With the economic and social developments in recent years, due to the growing population of Muslims, and increasing work load density in the globalizing World, because of the stress and other many reasons, tourism activity has become a necessity. Also as a result of the increasing desires, needs and demands of individuals with religious sensitivities towards these sensitivities, the concept of halal tourism has become a rapidly developing tourism type in our country and in the world. This study has been prepared to conceptually evaluate the concept of halal tourism, which is constantly preferred by individuals with religious sensitivity both in our country and in the world in recent years
