In this study, it was aimed to investigate the motivation level physical, auditory and visually impaired individuals to participate in sports. This research is a study using descriptive type screening model. The sample of study was formed on the basis of volunteerism from 140 athletes with disabilities, 47 female (66.2%) and 92 male (33.8%), participating in competitions in different branches. As a data collection tool, the “Sports Participation Motivation Scale for Individuals with Disabilities” (SPMSID) was used which was developed by Tekkur?un, ?lhan, Esentürk and Kan (2018, 95). The data gathered from the research was evaluated by using SPSS 22 package program. Frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation as well as, Bivariate Correlation, Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used in the analysis of data. As a result, it was determined that the motivation of the athletes decreased significantly as the sports history and age increased, that the intrinsic motivations of the national athletes were significantly higher, and there was no in all dimensions of sports participation motivation in athletes with disabilities difference according to gender. It was concluded that the motivation of physical, auditory and visually impaired athletes to participate in sports was high in intrinsic motivation sub-dimension.
