The aim of this study is to examine the postgraduate theses about integration in preschool education from a methodological perspective. The research was designed in screening model and document analysis method was preferred in the research. In this context, in the Higher Education Council (YÖK) National Thesis Center; A total of 39 graduate theses, written in Turkish and available for full text, completed between 2005 and 2020, were examined, and the current methodological trend was revealed. The data were analyzed by content analysis. The research includes findings about the year of theses, university, methods (quantitative, qualitative, mixed), sampling level, and data collection tools. As a result of the content analysis; most theses were completed Gazi University, and between 2016 and 2020; quantitative-descriptive scanning methods are preferred more in theses; It was observed that the sample group consisted mostly of teachers and measurement tools were generally psychometric tools. Considering the findings of the research, it is recommended to focus on experimental studies focused on program development for children and teachers, to reach children as a sample group, and to use measurement tools that emphasize development.
