This study was conducted to determine the opinions of the students of the Faculty of Health Sciences on “Glass Ceiling Syndrome”. The descriptive study was conducted with the students of the Faculty of Health Sciences (n = 550). The data were collected with the “Questionnaire Form” developed in accordance with the literatüre. The average age of students were 20.2±1.5 years, 83.6% were women and 16.4% were men. The students of 60% were Nursing Department, 26.2% Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Department and 13.8% Nutrition and Dietetics Department. Only 79.1% of the students stated that know the concept of “Glass Ceiling Syndrome”. In the study, it was determined that gender, department and grade affected the perception of “Glass Ceiling Syndrome”. Female students and nursing students stated that working life does not affect a good mother and spouse (p <0.001; =0.017), women can do leadership and management (p<0.001; p<0.001), having children does not prevent women’s career (p<0.001; p=005). 1st grade students also stated that working life does not affect a good mother and spouse (p = 0.048).
