This study links family education practices and the evolution of the level of academic knowledge among secondary school students. It was carried out at the municipal school Gadié Pierre 1 and 2 (LMGP1 and 2) and the Modern School of Young Girls (LMJFY) in the town of Yopougon. Data collection was done using a questionnaire through the quantitative method and with the interview guide for the qualitative method. This analysis shows that pedagogical innovations and their corollaries modify the relationships between the actors of the system. This situation inevitably has an impact on the quality of education, which reduces the skills of adolescent workers.
