The ongoing debate on language teaching in our country seems to focus more on methods, materials, student competences and basic language skills in teaching Turkish as a foreign language. The work done in the field, the qualitative and quantitative sufficiency of the inputs and outputs of foreign language teaching, and the linguistic gains, competences and content in the Turkish teaching process have not been enough subjects for scientific studies. In this study, research was conducted in the field of teaching Turkish for foreigners, including competences for grammar, reading, listening, speaking, writing skills. In this research, it is aimed to contribute to the determination and solution of the problems encountered in teaching Turkish to foreigners through the opinions of language users who learn Turkish. Survey data were analyzed by SPSS program; The data gathered by the interview method are grouped by the thematic and frequency classification technique.
