Free time is expressed as a time when the individual can evaluate the work and its basic needs in any way he wishes, apart from meeting them. However, the most efficient evaluation of free time is important in order to achieve individual and social benefit. Transforming leisure activities into recreation is important for individuals to gain knowledge and skills. Buddha makes recreational participation important for individuals. However, recreational participation may vary depending on individuals ' gender, age, marital status or income. The sports industry is able to eliminate this difference and include all areas with a variety of demographic features in recreational sports activities. The aim of this research is to examine the place of free time and sports industry and to determine recreational sports activities.
