GENERAL FOLKLORC STRUCTURE OF HAVZA

Secience of folklore has an important role in introducing a society. The studies that related with this field contains manyelements belong to the social structure should be worked on detailed. In this essay, the passing terms that own to town of Havza of Samsun folk kitchen, folk architecture, folk treatment names and nicknames have been scrutinized. We determined this folkloric material by the help of complements we have done. Thus we aimed to sustain these materials involved in increasingly changing social values.
