The term of globalisation introduces the content of the process of building up a new world order that the nation states switch from a singular subjectivity to the multi subjectivities. In the other hand, globalisation is a thought system that has so wide expansion areas that it can’t be evaluated from a single aspect. In case it is evaluated from that aspect, globalisation has been a subject of study for several courses from political sciences to international relations, from law to public administration, or sociology to economy, and mediated on their conversions. Globalisation has begun to be the triggering element of the union idea of nation states’ purpose to become international states by spreading its mutational spirit to the continents. In this regard, it is necessary to discuss if the European states which switch to the combinability from individuality would consider singularity again during the process of globalisation, if the process of fragmentation would get started, or what is the part of Turkey that doesn’t want to lose its individualism, in Europe. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the unity of Europe, the reasons of the country/countries which want to leave the European Union and be on their own, and the attitude of Turkey that wants to be European as well as doesn’t want to leave its own roots, by comparative examinations and conceptional discussions. The ultimate result that is expected from this study is to discuss if Europe’s idea of unity has entered into the process of fragmentation, what kind of results would be expected to come out for the global diplomacy over the influences of leaving European Union, what is the future of Europe, and what is Turkey’s position in this matter.
