The aim of this study is to present the fisrt manuscript work on medicine “Tabîbnâme”, which was related to Great Seljuqs Period, and written in Oguz Turkish. This work was written by Abu'l-Muzaffar at the request of Sultan Sancar (Sencer), Great Seljuq Sultan "Sultan Malik Shah's son". Written in the 12th century, and being a single copy, it is of great importance in terms of relating to both the medicine history and the early period of Old Oguz Turkish history.
