The main purpose of the study was to evaluate the English language curriculum of Turkish Air Force NCO College based on Stufflebeam’s CIPP Model according to views of students. Within the framework of this purpose, corre lational survey method design was used.Participants consisted of 763 students enrolled the college. According to context evaluation results, it was found that students demanded some changes in the curriculum to improve their speaking skills. Input evaluation results revealed that the course book and materials met the aims of the curriculum, but students couldn’t contribute to this process. As for the process evaluation, it was found that the teaching methods and techniques in the curriculum were beneficial, but interactive activities for difficult subjects were not enough. Product evaluation results revealed that students had a negative opinion about the benefit of the program on their vocational English and their speaking skills.
