General qualification of this class is idleness and conspicuous consumption and that the members of this class spend their times in a non-productive manner is noticable. The nature of this class is conservative. While the old rules and etiquette are the privilege of this class, these are also obstacles for the new classes to change of their status. Consumption of certain substances or certain pleasures are special to this class. This class is trying to put its own distinctness and richness on clothing-adornment and gorgeous home furnishings. Parties and balls are display of wealth and as well as display of owner' spending level.
