This research deals with the biography of Imam Abu Saeed Taher Bin Islam Bin Qasim Bin Ahmed Bin Redah Al- Din Al-Ansari Al-Khawarizmi Al-khurmushahi Al-Hanafi who is known as "Namdabush" one of the Imams of the Hanafi school in the eighth century. The definition of his book " Al-Jawahir" in the jurisprudence of physical acts of worship on the Hanafi School of thought. And clarifying the Imam approach in his only classified book "Al-Jawaher". Through research I tried to delimit the topic by dividing it into three sections: The first one I devoted it to introduce the author of the book .His name, lineage, birth, death, elders, students and his journey. To reach this goal I used the documentation and deduction method. The second section is to introduce the book "Al-Jawaher ",its name its attribution to the author, its importance, the reason of composing it and it's most important sources. The last and third section was to clarify the author approach in the book and to answer some questioned about his method of authorship.
