People would leave their lives due to various reasons or are forced to leave. Such a leaving progress is expressed in general as migration. Considering various principles migration are classified in different ways. But overall migration internal migration occurring in a country that comes from outside the country or is it considered that the migration from one country to another as emigration. In this study, scientific studies to be made on immigration, it aimed to investigate the program or policies with the idea of internal and external migration of the common and different aspects may support and forth to remove the concrete evaluation and concepts related to both immigration. For this purpose, internal and external migration causes, consequences or policies, common and different aspects of both types of migration such problematic areas and the migration of laying down measures to be taken were studied separately.
