This study aims to investigate the relationship between cultural values and career anchor of university students. In this context; Hofstede's cultural dimensions and Rokeach's value classification are explained with details. Sample consists of 215 student who are studying at university. The results of the study reveal a significant relationship between cultural values and career anchor of university students. This research is important in terms of giving an idea of how the students who have entered the career preference phase have an opportunity to recognize the cultural values they have and give them a direction on their career choices.
