In this study, it is tried to determine which polyrhythmic structures mostly meet, which polyrhythm teaching methods are used by university faculty members, what kind of problems they have experienced in polyrhythm teaching processes and their opinions about this subject. This study is a descriptive study and semi-structured interview technique was used. Semi-structured interview form prepared by the researchers was used as data collection tool. Within the scope of the research, 15 lecturers from 5 universities were interviewed. In the literature of piano education, it was found that structures such as 2: 3 and 3: 2 were mostly meet and it was understood that the students experienced problems in almost all polyrhythmic structures. Obtained data shows that university faculty members mostly prefer to use cognitive calculation method and they take the learning styles of students into consideration when deciding which methods they will use. Nevertheless, some faculty members used both cognitive and kinesthetic methods together.
