The aim of this study is to determine the effect of colleague relations and school administration support on physical education and sports teachers. General screening model was used in the study. The sample of the study consisted of 86 teachers working in different schools chosen by a simple random method. The variables obtained in the study were stored through the statistical program and the normal distribution of the variables was determined by using Kolmogorov Smirnov test. The results showed that the variables did not follow a normal distribution. Mann-Whitney U Test and Krusukal-Wallis H test were used in our study. As a result of the research, with the answers of the teachers in the sample to the scale questions; it was seen that married, 41 and over age group and 21 and more working time teachers have received more support in colleague relationships. With the support of the school administration, it was found that who are married, between 31 and 35 years of age, and teachers with working hours between 6 and 10 years perceived support with more points. In addition, it was found that there was no significant relationship between the teachers' age, marital status, and duration of duty, colleague relations and school administration support scores.
