The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationships between the attitudes of employees towards decreasing organizational silence and their organizational justice perceptions. Also it will be investigated whether the attitudes of employees towards decreasing organizational silence differ according to demographic variables or not. The hypotheses are tested by using the data collected via questionnaires from 131 employees from different sectors in Turkey. According to the results of the analyses a strong level and positive relationship is found between the attitudes of employees towards decreasing organizational silence and their organizational justice perceptions. Also it is found that attitudes of employees towards decreasing organizational silence do not differ according to demographic variables.
