Decisions on the choice of department in university often mean a professional decision for the future. Career decision regret can affect the level of school attachment as well as affect the coping with educational stress. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between career decision regret, school attachment and coping with educational stress in the prospective teachers. This study is a cross-sectional survey study. N=84 (53 female; 31 male) teacher candidates participated in the study. A personal information form, “Coping With Educational Stress (CES) “, “School Attachment Scale-SAS” for children and adolescents and “Career Decision Regret Scale” were used as data collection tools. Return rate of distributed data collection tools is 51.2%. In the analysis of research data, PLS-SEM approach was adopted and SmartPLS 3 program was used. At the end of the research; It was found that there was a significant positive correlation between the levels of coping with educational stress and the levels of school attachment. There is a significant negative relationship between the coping with educational stress and career decision regret. The relationship between school attachment and career decision regret is also a negative and significant relationship. There are also significant relationships between the sub-dimensions of the scales used in the study and the components of the study.
