The aim of this study is to determine whether satisfaction with the performance appraisal system and perceived system knowledge are related to employees' tendency to display organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, whether the satisfaction with the performance appraisal system and the perceived system knowledge differ between the managers and the other employees are examined within the scope of the study. For this purpose, a quantitative study was conducted with the data obtained from the employees of a five-star hotel in Antalya which is a ring of one of a hotel chain and has a performance appraisal system. The results of the study indicated that satisfaction with the performance appraisal system and having knowledge about the system has an impact on employees' tendency to display organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, it was determined that satisfaction with the performance appraisal system did not differ according to being a manager or not but the perceived system knowledge showed differentiation in terms of given control variable.
