JOB SATISFACTION LEVELS OF INDIVIDUALS TO SPA CENTERS

This study has been conducted in order to determine the job satisfaction level of individuals visiting SPA centers and if the said levels vary according to personal characteristics or not. The sample of this study, which has a descriptive nature, comprises 240 people visiting the SPA center named Angkowat located in Beyo?lu district. Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale, developed by Dawis et al and translated into Turkish through Deniz and Güliz has been utilized as the data collection means. It can be said that individuals participating in the study had job satisfaction over medium level in terms of their total scores. As regards the personal characteristics there were differences in some both job satisfaction while no significant relationship was detected in some levels.
