There are many poetry types which are directly or indirectly about the settlements in the tradition of The Classical Turkish literature. One of these poetry types is the shehrengizs that the cities or cities’ beauties are described with their various features. The number of works which are written in this type being greatly sought in our literature especially in 16th century is nearly ninety. One of these current works in this type was mentioned with the name of ?ehrâ?ûb and the others were mentioned with the name of shehrengiz. However, Kâmî who is the author of Sehrengiz which constitutes our study’s subject preferred a different name for his work and gave the name of “Deyrengiz” for his work. This work which is recorded in the poetry journal with the number of “Halet Efendi Ek 244” in Süleymaniye Manuscript Library in ?stanbul was written for Erivan City which was mentioned as Revan in Ottoman and is the capital of Armenia today. This work which reflects the features of classical shehrengiz type consists of the sections of appeal, reason to write a work, description of beauties and last word. The copyright date of the work which was written by a poet who was understood among the poets of 16th century and whose pen name is Kâmî is not certain. The work was written in the mesnevi poetry type and it is composed of 137 couplets. In this study, the translated text of the work was included as a set of evaluations on the form and content features of Revan Sehrengiz was made after the information was given about Kami and Revan city
