Qarays are such community that kept their original national and religious traditions and also their idiosynchratic language. Qarays has been able to carry all their cultural and national values to the new millennium and also could calculate the time of their holydays with the help of their unique Karaim Calender. According to this, we should see Father Mykolas Firkovicius’s Qaray Calender as a symbol of conventionality and cultural continuity of Lithuanian Qaray community. The schedules of the fifty years period from 26 March 2001 to 13 March 2051 has been calculated at the study called Qaray Calender. Qaray’s use lunar calender containing 354 days, 8 hours 48 minutes. This calender is divided 19 years periods and a month lasts 29 or 30 days. Qaray’s are stil using twelve cycle of Turkish Twelve Year Animal Calender.
