Pseudonym (mahlas) is nickname that is used by poet except his own main identity in Classical Turkish Poetry. Not only the poet use his pseudonym as a pure absolute nickname also remarked some clues about his disposition, perspective of life, stance, andpleasure. It is enough to realize that tradition has been continuing over the centuries to understand in terms of pseudonym's status and importance.In this research, we will focus on the strengthening nickname (mahlas-perverlik) that assumed as a ability within the scope of poet's pseudonym rather than pseudonym tradition. According to research results, it was determined that there was no independent research about strengthening nickname. This term appears in the collection of poet biographies (tezkire) for the first-time. Strengthening nickname is compound noun combined "perver" that means feeder, discipliner, and trainer in Farsi/Persian also pseudonym in Arabic. The meaning of Perver as feeding metaphorically, it will be more accurate when we need to think way of strengthening the poet. In this research, we have observed what is strengthening nickname, how to do, types, which rhetorics holds, and what information about the poet from in collection of biographies (tezkire) about this term. Afterwards, also observed couplets that examples for strengthening nickname in a number of divan literature. Based on these observed sample couplets, after enlightened questions about what is strengthening nickname, types, type of features, we will inform about importance and position on Classical Turkish Poetry in our research
