This comprehension began with Kamuran Birand in Turkish thought. Birand was influenced by the attitude of Dilthey who thinks there is an essential difference between research concerning nature and ascertaining man and his values and consequently, introduces an analysis methology based on hermeneutics and thus accepted them as basis of his own thinking system. However, Birand doesn’t settle for that and reinterprets this conception system with his own style.
