This paper looks at long term development of global income inequality. Using data from Angus Madison and applying method is based on Gini inequality index. It is shown that the inter-regional income inequality has corrupted sharply during long term period in the world (from 1950-98). In brief, rich has been more rich, poor has been more poor.
