Thepurpose of thisstudy is toexamineperceivedadvantagesanddisadvantages of purchasinglocalfood of Mardin’srestaurantswhichhaveregionalfood on theirmenu. Therefore, facetofaceinterviewswerecarriedoutwithrestaurantsdecisionmakers. Thestudyshowedthatpurchasinglocalfoodswasperceived as beneficialandrestaurantsareneitheragreenordisagreefordisadvantages of purchasinglocalfood.
