In this study, some theory and techniques useful in the analysis of nonlinear ordinary differential equation systems are introduced. In this sense, it is concentrated on nonlinear autonomous differential equation systems. An equilibrium solution and local stability of an equilibrium solution for an autonomous system are tried to defined. Thus, the qualitative analysis of system given the idea about the behavior of the solutions of this type of systems was expressed. Lastly, a DP minimization problem was established in the form of a system of differential equations. Qualitative analysis of this established mathematical model was done. In this respect, The situation regarding the purchase of chemical fertilizer as a model application has analyzed via pplane.jar and matlab simulation programs. The results of qualitative and numerical analysis were compared.
