Today firms, not only invest in assets such as technology, tools and methods, buildings, education and enpowerment, career and finance but also in intangible assets such as corporate reputation and ethical leadership whose effect may take time to emerge. This is because corporate reputation and ethical leadership are important factors for firms to maintain a relation with both internal and external shareholders in a healthy fashion. In this respect it’s been assumed that corporate reputation formed by the personel towards the firms they work for may effect personel behaviour pattern. In a similar way it’s been assumed ethical leadership demonstrated by managers in work environment as well may have an effect on personel behaviour pattern. In this research effect of corporate reputation on turnover intention and mediating role of ethical leadership over this effect is examined. Questionnaires such as Reputation Quotient, Ethical Leadership and Turnover Intention are applied to expert personel of a public institute. After the convenience of data for statistical analysis is examined with the help of methods such as Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Test, Bartlett's Sphericity Test, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis; correlation (Pearson Correlation Coefficient) and regression (ANOVA) analysis are performed. As a result of correlation analysis, relations off several levels are yielded between corporate reputation, ethical leadership, dimensions of those scales and turnover intention. As a result of linear regression anlysis it’s been concluded that corporate reputation and its sub dimensions effected turnover intention significantly. Finally mediating role of ethical leadership over the effect of corporate reputation on turnover intention is analyzed. As a result no mediating role of ethical leadership has been found.
