MIND GAMES IN THE PROCESS OF GLOBALIZATION

The process of globalization is still working despite its several difficulties. Global production network is working, hybrid structures emerge in the economic, cultural and political fields, and cosmopolitan identities occur on the basis of rationality and universality. Individual and societal decisions/behaviors converge in terms of these tendencies of globalization. Convergence may bring about some clashes; but also within cognitive-educational development and rational interaction, global convergence in the field of mind games occurs in the context of hybridization and cooperation, rather than clash. The design, production and playing of mind games realize in global network, cultural interactions emerge while developing and playing mind games, and universal identity arises. As regards, the features of globalization should be regarded and a societal policy should be made for the development of mind games in Turkey.
