Abstract

The Turkish National struggle is considered as one of the best periods of the Turkish history. The Turkish National struggle; it is the struggle which was given the name of to be or not to be by Turks. Mustafa KEMAL is a person who got the struggle started, extended all over the country and got the Turkish people to win the struggle. Another person is Kâz?m KARABEKR who commanded at the east front and won the wars. When Kâz?m KARABEKR was combating in the battlefields, he not only became a real father to the thousands abandoned and fatherless children by gathering together but formed them the best atmosphere to take the training as well. Kâz?m KARABEKR, who provided for being given place to the physical education and sports activities in important proportion in the total education activities, had organized the entertainments and festivals to use the modern and traditional sports at the same enviroment affectively.
