When we looked at the past day by day, some of the personalities who started to search for solutions during times when Muslims were troubled have always been at the forefront of their struggles. Such as Ahmad b. Hanbal (v. 241/855) during of Mihna and such as Ibn Taymiyya (v. 728/1328) and Ibn al-Qayyim (v. 751/1353) during the Crusades and Mongolian invasion. At the end of the 19th century, the Ottoman Empire lost its political, military, economic and so on after every visible rise in the field Muslims have begun to look for the solution of getting rid of the situation they are in. One of those who would be among the first to seek solutions to problems in this period is undoubtedly Muhammad Rashid Rida. Rashid Rida is a versatile Islamic scholar who has drawn attention. He has published regularly for thirty-six years the al-Manar Journal and the articles he wrote in this magazine express opinions on almost every subject. It is also striking in terms of showing the importance of being asked about the fatwa by asking questions from various regions of the world, and at the same time being in the Islamic world. Rashid Rida, who has influenced the different approaches he has set out in his search for solutions, both in his own period and in subsequent periods, has a self-sacrificing personality that does not refrain from pledging his house even if his financial means are insufficient to suppress his books. The life and works of Rashid Rida, the ideas of tajdîd and ?slâh in Islamic thought, and so on. we are convinced that giving information about the topics will make it possible for an important thinker like him to be better known.
