Crimea has a very important place politically, culturally and geographically both in the past and in the present. Crimea is a favorite place in terms of its geographical location, the states established here have been in constant struggle with their neighbors. The Crimean Khanate wanted to preserve its existence with its neighbors by pursuing a political policy, sometimes good or bad. The Khanate made various diplomatic correspondence in order to develop its political relations with its neighbors and while doing so, it gave privileges to some of its neighbors. In this study, after giving a brief information about the political and geographical location and history of Crimea, we tried to give information about Murad Giray Khan and edict which is our main subject. Our study examined the stylistic of the edict sent by Murad Giray Khan to the Russian Tsar named Fyodor III Alekseyeviç. During this research, information about the social, cultural, military and political structure of that period was given. Also during this period, the language features that prevailed in the geography of Crimea were given. In our study, we explained the words that were considered important by us, which were included in the note section.
