The aim of this study is to determine the religious and philosophical limits of Hadrat Ali’s comprehension of God. The data in Nahju’l Balagha, attributed to Hadrat Ali, indicate that his comprehension of God is both immanent and transcendant. So, the conclusions of this study demonstrate that Hadrat Alis’s God comprehension has dipolarity as like in contemporary philosophy of religion.
