The effect of social interaction on children's perception of religion and more specifically perception of hell and heaven is investigated in this study. This research includes 500 students from 5 of elementary schools from Sakarya Ministry of National Education during 2010-2011 academic calendar. Basis of this research is founded on qualitative research analysis. Children's perception of hell and heaven was analyzed through the pictures drawn by themselves. Children's perception was analyzed in three segments by social interaction: Demographics, social-cultural environment, and media. Pictures drawn by children were samples of this study and they were analyzed using descriptive analysis method. As a result, effect of demographics and social-cultural environment were observed with media affecting children's perception of religion negatively.
