Ethem Nejat, one of the intellectuals of the Constitutional Monarchy period, is mostly known for his articles published in newspapers and magazines, in addition to his politics in the Worker and Farmer Socialist Party after 1918. Ethem Nejat, who was only 34 years old when he was killed on 28 January 1921 with Mustafa Suphi and her entourage off the Black Sea, is a remarkable person in this short life with her articles on subjects such as Turkism, education, agriculture, economy and development, as well as his stories. Ethem Nejat has a total of six stories, two of which are long stories. Long stories bearing the name of “Çiftlik Müdürü” and “Yi?it Türkler” are published as a separate book. Stories of “Kahraman Nuri”, “Bal Bahçesi”, “Zengin Böcekçi” and “O Zengin ve Mesut Oldu” are published in Çocuk Dünyas?, Yeni Fikir and Toprak magazines. None of these stories were transcribed into Latin alphabet and a comprehensive evaluation was not made.
