The project with the name ‘’An Interdisciplinary approach with the neorealistic view in contemporary art and design: The Hittites and their rituals’’ is an interdisciplinary and intercultural project which discusses cultural memory and cultural heritage through contemporary art&design. As a concept, the project suggests to comment the fiction arguments which occur flowtransformation-illusion concepts with the view of neorealistic approach and Fluxus reasoning. The relation between the samples of past beliefs and rituals on Hittite epigraphs and today’s beliefs and rituals create a paradox. This paradox is reshaped and acquired a new dimension with splitting the natural life, alienation and being marginalized. The purpose of this study is to re-draw attention, question and create awareness about rituals and beliefs which are important components of cultural memory and cultural heritage by an interdisciplinary approach within the context of comtemporary art& design. All the works of artists has been analysed with "Hittite Rituals" mixed exhibition which has been conducted in scope of the project.
