Conflict is a fact which can be faced anywhere where human exist. For this reason conflict has been investigated by diffirent scientific discipline. Also management and organization science study organization conflict. The ealier management and organization concepts had pointed out conflict as pathogenic structure and suggested removing immediately from organization. However modern- management&organizatiom concept believes that conflict is a supportive effect to enable development and progreee, therefore modern concept focuses on transforming conflict into a constructive conflict. In this research the reasons and the types of organizational conflicts which are faced in accomadations are investigated. In additional the strategies which are implemented in conflict management were studied to determine whethwe the strategies differed according to the employees’ sex, level of education, ranks and departments.
