The aim of this article is to analyze the factors related to the low involvement of women in the activities of their association. It addresses and clarifies the notions of women's involvement in farmers' organizations through a sociological approach and highlights the logic of the destructuring of these groups. The study is based on observational data on farm organization dynamics in the village of the National Center for Agricultural Research (CNRA) of Divo since 2014. The data collected concerns a survey of 25 stakeholders. On the basis of the results obtained, it has been established that the demobilization of actors is linked to the context of creation of the cooperative that has favored crises that have turned into conflicts of interest and relational conflicts. The demobilization of the actors can also be explained by the post-election crisis of 2010 in Côte d'Ivoire, which weakened this women's association movement.
