People, especially children, learn from observing others. Generally, the children’s models are parents, friends, teachers, and even animated movies. Sometimes the animated movies have the strongest influence on children and can be one of education’s most powerful tools. This research studies the animated movie “Pepee” according to religious and values education. Research of the movie exposes its portrayal of the Turkish culture without the influence of Islam. The movie includes physical, verbal, and psychological violent. The hero of “Pepee” serves as a model who leaves a negative influence on the audience.
