It presents a road map for the measures to be taken by drawing attention to the fact that “Rights Based” approaches to people and societies have become more problematic than they are today and evolved into “Grace Based” approaches. Based on the available data, the emphasis is placed on the necessity of a “Vecibe / Rights Based” social work approach beyond the “right” concept regarding today's human rights.
