This study discuss whether the popular music that is the consumer and admire of children between the ages of 12 and 18 and who are being educated in primary and secondary schools to be included in the music education system or not. Thus , it scrutinize whether the popular music is an available beginning for children to be orientated to music and art and to be a conscious consumer or not.
