The second half of the 20th century and the 21st century combine feminist and postmodernist literature on a common ground by rewriting the texts in order to deform them. These two movement of thought emphasize that there is no proof of a verifiable, fixed reality an that the dominant discourses are shaped according to ideologies and many other related factors. Feminism and postmodernism, which determine their literary forms and their contents in this direction, benefit from the unique power of parody to multiply meaning and destroy the discourses they target. Specially, feminist literature aims to show many detail by choosing the subtext from the tales, especially the stereotyped gender roles. In this study, feminism and postmodernism common thoughts will be examined about using the parody, play of “?imdi Uçu?a Geçiyoruz” by Zeynep Kaçar will be examined.
