Within the frame work of this study, we suggest presenting our teaching methods of the contemporary french theater during our seminars of Master’s degree to the students of the Department of French language and literature in Istanbul University. In front of such an innovative, complex new form of drama, the reception of texts by the students becomes difficult. This study tries to show the different approaches that can be considered for the study of the texts which are totally different of classic drama in many ways.
