In this research conducted in descriptive scanning model, we intended to identify the problems faced by teachers in religious education for visually impaired individuals. Sample of the research are 18 teachers (Religious culture and moral knowledge, Imam Hatip Vocational Courses teacher and Arabic teacher) who work in schools for the visually impaired students that are located in diferent cities in Turkey. The data of the study were obtained by semistructured interview technique in qualitative research techniques and content analysis was used for data analysis. At the end of the study, it was determined that there were different problems in religious education in visually impaired schools. Some of these are teachers' professional competence problems, physical spaces in educational environments, the applicability of the current curriculum, lack of teaching materials and equipment. It was also found that these problems adversely affected the achievement of the purpose of religious education activities.
